Georgie’s Corner is a bar-led, all-day neighbourhood venue designed to shift naturally in energy as the day unfolds. While it serves coffee and brunch earlier on, the bar sets the tone throughout, shaping a space that feels social, expressive, and approachable at all hours. Rather than operating as separate daytime and evening concepts, Georgie’s functions as one continuous experience, evolving in mood without resetting its identity. It is built for lingering, repeat visits, and the kind of easy sociability that carries from morning into night.

Our Group

Host Restaurants is a hospitality group rooted in storytelling, inspired by our Irish heritage and the lyrical spirit of W.B. Yeats. Each of our venues is a reflection of place and poetry—designed to bring people together through unforgettable food, cocktails, and atmosphere.

From the cozy charm of Jackdaw in the East Village, to the sunlit all-day vibes of Café Maud, the lively Soho elegance of Odd Sister, and the refined ease of Dear Maud—our spaces span neighborhoods but share the same heart.
